This Blanc de Noirs has become a tasting room favorite—and it’s easy to see why. Made from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this non-vintage Brut spent 19 months en tirage before disgorgement. The result? A bright, creamy sparkling wine with just the right amount of depth and complexity.
Pouring a pale gold with fine, lively bubbles, the wine opens with aromas of crisp apple, citrus zest, and brioche. The palate is energetic and inviting, with fresh orchard fruit and a clean, vibrant finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a delicate mousse. Aromas of fleshy apple, lemon zest, and soft brioche. On the palate: crisp orchard fruit, citrus, and a hint of creaminess, finishing clean and vibrant.
Vineyard Notes
Pinot Noir (83%) and Pinot Meunier (17%) sourced from estate blocks in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA.
Production Notes
Traditional method sparkling. 19 months en tirage. 84 cases produced. 12.5% ABV. 5 g/L dosage.
Winemaker Notes
Co-fermented in stainless steel from multiple press cuts of the 2020 vintage and reserve base wine. Bottled in summer 2021, aged 19 months en tirage under crown cap, and disgorged January 2023 with a 5 g/L dosage.

Pair with oysters, shrimp cocktail, fried chicken, smoked trout, or salty snacks like potato chips and popcorn. Also delicious with Parmesan, chèvre, or sushi rolls.
