Shipping Policy

After placing your order, our dedicated team will carefully pack and hand it over to the designated carrier. A tracking email will be sent once a shipping label is created. Please be aware that wine shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

As wine is a delicate product, extreme temperatures during transit can affect its quality. To ensure your wine is protected, we offer free storage in a climate-controlled warehouse if there is a risk of damage. You will be notified via email about the status of your order in such cases.
