Winemaker Notes
Originally introduced with the 2001 vintage, Celebrate Müller-Thurgau has been a cornerstone of Kramer Vineyards' sparkling wine program. This 2023 vintage reflects over two decades of innovation and craftsmanship. The grapes were harvested by hand from our estate vineyard in October 2023. After foot-crushing and pressing, the juice was cold-settled overnight before being racked to a stainless tank for fermentation. The wine aged on its lees for nine months, enhancing complexity and texture. To achieve its signature plentiful bubbles, the wine was finished in a high-pressure tank, with carbon dioxide carefully infused for its velvety effervescence.
