2023 Celebrate Grüner Veltliner
Introducing our Celebrate Grüner Veltliner Sparkling Wine! Crafted using a force-carbonation technique developed by owner and founder Keith Kramer, this wine is made from 100% estate-grown Grüner Veltliner grapes, and all vintage dated. Unlike most sparkling wines, this wine is fermented once, which means it tastes like the grapes it's made from! With fresh aromas of lemon, lime, cucumber, peach, mango, and passionfruit, and fine, plentiful bubbles, this wine is perfect for any celebration. Cheers to blazing our own trail!

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Celebrate Grüner Veltliner boasts fresh aromas of lemon, lime, cucumber, peach, mango, and passionfruit, with a hint of white flowers and freshly cut grass. The tropical fruit, cucumber, and peach continue on the palate, with green apple, pear, and a very light, crisp body and finish. This wine is perfect for toasting any occasion or pairing with fresh seafood or a light salad.
Vineyard Notes
Estate vines planted in 2010; Willakenzie soils, 767.42 ft. elevation
Winemaker Notes
The grapes were harvested by hand, whole cluster pressed, and fermented in stainless. To sparkle, the wine was transferred to a high pressure tank, and the pressure was slowly raised over five days until the ideal levels were achieved.
Food Pairing Notes
Serve well-chilled, around 45°F (7°C) in a Champagne flute or white wine glass. It’s a refreshing aperitif on its own, but also pairs well with a range of foods. Grüner Veltliner is known for its versatility, and the sparkling version is no different.
Pair with seafood like oysters, shrimp, and scallops, or try with sushi, ceviche, or smoked salmon. The bright acidity and minerality will also complement salads with vinaigrette dressings, goat cheese or feta, and light vegetable dishes.
For a more substantial pairing, try with white meats like chicken, pork, or turkey, or with vegetarian dishes featuring mushrooms, asparagus, or artichokes. It’s also a great match for spicy Asian or Indian cuisine, cutting through the heat and enhancing the flavors.
For dessert, pair with light, fruit-based desserts like sorbet, fruit tarts, or a fresh fruit plate.
Enjoy this unique sparkling Grüner Veltliner on its own or paired with your favorite foods.
