2022 Pinot Noir Dijon 777
The 777 clone is early ripening, with small, cone-shaped clusters. It usually has the most intense color of the vintage due to small berries with thick skins and a higher seed count. Very aromatic with dense and complex black fruit flavors, with leather, tobacco; spicy and earthy notes. This aromatic and structural intensity has the potential to overpower if not managed properly, and is well suited to whole cluster fermentation in our experience.

Tasting Notes
Dark-fruited and spicy, this charming wine has aromas of black cherries and strawberries with vanilla and floral notes. Light-bodied and silky on the palate, the cherry and strawberry elements continue, along with raspberries, plums, and hints of orange peel, clove, and black tea that emerge in the very long finish.
