2018 Brut – 36 Months en Tirage
Estate-grown vintage Brut aged 3 years on the lees • Only 10 cases left

Aged three years en tirage, the 2018 Brut shows how time shapes texture and flavor in traditional method sparkling wine.

Made from estate-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir, this vintage Brut balances orchard fruit and citrus with subtle brioche and toasted hazelnut. The bubbles are fine, the structure precise, and the finish lifted by bright acidity.

Only 10 cases remain. Disgorged in 2022.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of yellow apple, lemon curd, and warm brioche. On the palate, flavors of ripe pear, citrus, and a touch of almond. Elegant and expressive, with fine bubbles and a long, mineral finish.
Vineyard Notes
Sourced from estate vineyard blocks in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Grapes were harvested mid-September at ideal acidity levels for sparkling wine.
Production Notes
Chardonnay 44%, Pinot Meunier 23%, Pinot Noir 33%. Traditional method. 12.5% ABV. 5 g/L dosage.
Winemaker Notes
Hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed. Juice was cold settled overnight, then fermented cool in stainless steel. Aged on the fine lees until bottling in the summer of 2019, then bottle-aged en tirage for 36 months before disgorgement in summer 2022. Finished with a 5 g/L dosage.
Food Pairing Notes
Serve with oysters, fresh goat cheese, grilled shrimp, roast chicken, or citrus-dressed salads. For something sweet, try it with almond tart or lemon shortbread.
