2017 Pinot Noir – Dijon Clone 667
100% whole cluster fermentation
A standout in our Single Clone Series, the 2017 Pinot Noir Dijon 667 was fermented entirely with whole clusters—a rare choice made possible by the pristine fruit and aimed at taming this clone’s notoriously firm tannins. The result is a vibrant, lifted wine that’s equal parts expressive and elegant. Sourced from Yamhill Vineyards and aged in neutral French oak, this Pinot Noir is all candied cherry, raspberry, subtle spice, and fresh earth. Light-bodied with silky tannins and bright acidity, it finishes with energy and finesse. Only 75 cases produced—and just 10 remain. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy all summer long.

Winemaker Notes
Harvested and sorted by hand. Fermented with 100% whole clusters in a small 1.5-ton vat. After a 12-day cold soak, fermentation began, with twice-daily punch-downs. Pressed dry 31 days after harvest and aged in neutral French oak. Racked and blended in spring, then returned to barrel until bottling.
